Today I have for you a very important message. I would like you to read and reread it very carefully.
We recently shared together the webinar dedicated to the Vedic New Year Charter 2026-2027, a meeting created not to frighten or fuel further chaos, but to offer a clearer, deeper and more orderly reading of the times we are going through. At a time when information multiplies, tones become extreme, and external noise threatens to overpower our ability to see clearly, what emerges powerfully is that being informed is not enough: discernment is needed. When Rāhu touches Mercury, the collective mind is stirred, news explodes, manipulation increases, and the risk is to react without seeing, moved by fear instead of truth. This is One of the most important threads of this year's, and perhaps one of the most useful to understand even on a personal level.
The New Year's Charter brings with it. very strong configurations. These include Kāla Amṛta Yoga, Śula Yoga, Mercury Retrograde, Combined Saturn, the conflict between Rāhu and Mercury, and A general call for introspection, grounding and inner maturation.

The very name of the year, Parābhava, suggests a phase in which something that previously seemed to hold up begins to crumble, to lose strength, to show its fragility. This may involve systems, collective arrangements, shared illusions, outward structures, but even within ourselves those ways of thinking, of reacting, of seeking security, that perhaps can no longer accompany us in the time to come. What breaks down is not always a loss. Sometimes it is a revelation. Sometimes it is simply the old that can no longer sustain itself.
On a personal level all this can translate into very specific feelings, and I wanted to tell you simply: if you are feeling strange, agitated, compressed, stuck, you are not wrong. Kāla Amṛta Yoga creates just this kind of inner climate. It is like a feeling of blockage and imprisonment. One feels that something is not flowing, that there is a chain to be broken, but the point is that this chain is not always visible. We are not sure where the knot is, we don't know exactly what to do, and that is precisely why it can arise. frustration. Ketu, however, which is the thin thread in this combination, does not simply bring us to suffer the blockage: it also brings the desire to free ourselves, to get out of an old skin, to seek a deeper, more essential, more authentic truth. Kāla Amṛta Yoga is a blocking combination, yes, but it also has a spiritual direction. It pushes toward more subtle, psychological, inner experiences. It forces us in some way to shift the work from the outside to the inside. And perhaps therein lies its medicine.
Then there is another thing that many of you may have already sensed in the body. Saturn is Vāyu, air element. And because it is combusted in this chart by the Sun, it can create a feeling of breathlessness, as if the air became shorter, as if the chest could not open fully. Perhaps some of you have already noticed this quality: the breath less full, a feeling of constriction, A slight struggle to inhale fully, or a tension in the chest that is difficult to explain. This, too, can be read symbolically in light of the chart. When Saturn is being crushed by the Sun, a feeling of being under pressure, compressed, almost inwardly oppressed may emerge. It does not necessarily mean that there is something “wrong” with you: it means that you are going through a climate that also acts on the subtle plane, on the nervous system, on the quality of breath and perception of inner space.
Mercury combined and retrograde also plays a very important role. In the webinar it was connected to the first cakra, the sense of grounding, basic stability, and the ability to feel at home in the world. When this energy becomes imbalanced, it can arise. A feeling of instability, of rootlessness, of not really feeling in place. We could hear The desire to escape, to change the air, to go elsewhere, to seek a more protected place, a safe nest That makes us finally feel sheltered. And here we have to be very careful, because the Chart shows well that the inner pressure of this year could push many people to Obsessively desire great external changes, such as changing residence, job, partner or lifestyle, But Kāla Yoga suggests something very different: This is not so much a year to impulsively revolutionize the external world, but rather a year to prepare ourselves inwardly. Time seems to say: stay, observe, listen, purify, root yourself, for it will already be the world around you that will change. You are especially asked not to lose the center.
For this many of the emotions that may emerge in this period have a quality of subtle anxiety, which manifests itself right in the chest, in the breath, in the need to find protection. Some feel restlessness. Others feel unstable. Still others perceive a nameless fear, an underlying agitation, as if something had to happen or as if they absolutely had to make a choice to feel better. But the need to move is not always true intuition. Sometimes it is just the mind under pressure looking for a quick way out.
And it is here that the discernment becomes sacred. One of the most profound demands of this year is precisely to learn to distinguish between fear and intuition, between impulse and inner guidance, between agitation and authentic calling.
Also the communication Will be one of the great testing grounds. The combination of Mercury, Rāhu and Mars can take words to extremes, make the sharper language, more confrontational, more obsessive, more manipulative. Rāhu takes communication to excess, Mars makes it heated and combative. This means that we may receive from others words loaded with frustration, conflict, fear, projection, and we may in turn be tempted to pour out on others what we have not yet understood within ourselves. This is why This year requires a special tolerance. An extra maturity. A discipline of the heart.
We must Learning not to be invaded by the obsessions of others, but at the same time also not to use others as a vessel for our discomfort. Very important learning to set boundaries, but without isolating ourselves by avoiding confrontation.
The emotions that arise Are not necessarily an enemy. They are often A call to look inside ourselves more sincerely. Not to blame ourselves, but to stop always looking outside for the scapegoat of our discomfort.
Another very important point is Śula Yoga, which activates a Strong and prickly Mars. When Mars is strong and Mercury is afflicted, our warrior energy can ignite easily. We feel provoked, bumped, irritated, ready to react. But it is here that one of the great lessons of the time opens up: becoming patients and experts in the conflict resolution. It is not a matter of repressing Mars energy, but of educating it. About transforming it. Conflict need not result in rupture, aggression or war. It can also become negotiation, clarification, dialogue, friendly discussion, an opportunity for growth. But that takes time. It takes listening. It takes the ability to understand the other person and find a empathic bridge, even when our first reaction would be to shut down or strike. It will be a challenge, certainly. But it will also be one of the greatest possibility of maturation that this year offers us.
At the same time, I don't want you to read this in a gloomy way. Because the charter speaks not only of tension, pressure and confusion. It also speaks of a choice. It talks about the fact that we are called to choose what food energy. Above all, it shows great hope-Jupiter.

In the webinar it was very strongly emphasized that Jupiter will be in exaltation between June and October 2026, and this is a very valuable window. Jupiter in exaltation strengthens truth, spirituality, wisdom, union, peace. It reminds us that darkness is not the last word. It reminds us that, even in confusing times, there is a high frequency capable of overcoming noise, lies and fear. This means that we are not left alone in the midst of a challenging year. There is grace, there is protection, there is an aid current that supports Those who sincerely choose inner work, goodness, truth and spiritual responsibility.
So yes, I wanted to tell you that it is normal to feel a little bit like this. It is normal to feel agitated, blocked, disoriented, unstable, anxious, fearful, restless.
It is normal to feel that the old is no longer enough but the new is not yet clear.
It is normal to feel a part of us that would like to run away and another that knows that true transformation is not accomplished by running away.
More importantly, we can work on it. We can go through this passage with more presence. We can learn to let go, little by little, of these inner emotions without denying ourselves or raping ourselves.
How?
First of all, remembering to really listen to each other. To be empathetic toward the emotions we feel, instead of judging them right away. To learn to see them, to name them, to recognize them in the body, in the chest, in the throat, in the breath, in the belly. Then with the breath itself, through pranayama, which at this time can be a valuable medicine to stretch air, loosen compression and regain centering. Through rooting exercises, which help us re-establish a connection with the earth, with the body, with the first cakra, with our base. In this period it can be even more important recite the mahāmantra, to find an inner center, a subtle protection, a truer contact with what we feel. And the Mahā Mṛtyuñjaya Mantra can be of great help in relieving that inner combustion, that feeling of heat, pressure and fatigue that also symbolically arises from the Sun on Saturn. All this is not to “run away” from emotions, but to go through them more consciously.
(If you want to go deeper into these energies, find the recording of the webinar here.)
The solution, therefore, is not escape. It is not the panic. It is not the rash choice. It is not the automatic reaction.
The solution is to listen to each other, cuddle each other, embrace each other, love each other, take care of each other. It is learning to stay with ourselves without immediately giving in to the impulse to change everything out. It is understanding that perhaps time is asking us to become truer, deeper, more patient, more grounded.
The webinar made it clear: the point is not to know more, but to see better. And seeing better also means recognizing that many crises come not just to crush us, but to expose illusions, to show us where we are still responsive, where we are still fragile, where we can grow.
Therefore, today I would like to leave you with a simple, tender but deeply spiritual invitation.
Hug each other several times today. Stop for a moment. Bring attention to the breath. Rest one hand on your chest and one on your belly. And tell your inner child.: don't worry, I will take care of you, as I always have, everything will be fine, we are protected.
In a year like this, this too is sādhanā. This, too, is healing of karma. This, too, is discernment. This, too, is how we prepare for the new world: becoming, little by little, a safer home for our soul.
